Bruce Freedman, MD
Dr. Bruce M. Freedman graduated from Duke University School of Medicine in 1982 and is currently the medical director of Plastic Surgery Associates of Northern Virginia. Dr. Freedman is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. With over 40 publications in medical journals and textbooks, Dr. Freedman continues to perform research and lectures nationally on the latest developments in cosmetic surgery. Dr Freedman has worked as Forever Young's medical director since 2020.

Gretchen Chapman, RN
Gretchen is a Registered Nurse specializing in the field of Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Aesthetic Nursing.
She has over 26 years nursing experience and multiple certifications in Cosmetic Injections, to include: Fundamental, Advanced, and Master's certificates. Laser certified with many years of experience with various types and brands of laser machines. Gretchen also holds Cartessa's Skinclusive certification which is a vigorous education and training program designed to help providers safely and effectively treat ALL skin types and tones.
Gretchen provides superb service using the best and newest products with the most modern techniques to deliver stunning results. Gretchen is diligent about staying current and enjoys continuing her education and training by attending monthly lectures or seminars, hands-on peer trainings & meetups, and brand product injection training modules.
She is blessed to have a very loyal/long-time client base and is welcoming new clients as well.

Kristin Becka
Kristin is VA Licensed Cosmetologist and specializes in Lash Extensions and Brows. She was born and raised in Lake Ridge and Manassas. She went to VCU for a year and a half and studied business. While she enjoyed her time there, she knew she was meant to be more creative. Following in her mother’s footsteps to become a cosmetologist, Kristin graduated with 1600 hours at The Paul Mitchell School. While hair was her passion when she started at Paul Mitchell, she soon discovered her love for makeup and lashes. She enjoys continuing education in lashes and brows by going to the classes run by the companies of the products she uses, which she has certifications for.
Kristin is an animal lover, with 1 cat and 1 dog at home. She loves hanging out with her family and friends. A goal of hers is to travel around the world. Kristin loves being a part of the Forever Young team.
