Dr. Bruce M. Freedman graduated from Duke University School of Medicine in 1982 and is currently the medical director of Plastic Surgery Associates of Northern Virginia. Dr. Freedman is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. With over 40 publications in medical journals and textbooks, Dr. Freedman continues to perform research and lectures nationally on the latest developments in cosmetic surgery.

Gretchen Chapman, RN
Gretchen is a Registered Nurse specializing in the field of Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Aesthetic Nursing.
She has over 26 years nursing experience and multiple certifications in Cosmetic Injections, to include: Fundamental, Advanced, and Master's certificates.
Gretchen provides superb service using the best and newest products with the most modern techniques to deliver stunning results. Gretchen is diligent about staying current and enjoys continuing her education and training by attending monthly lectures or seminars, hands-on peer trainings & meetups, and brand product injection training videos.
She is blessed to have a very loyal client base and is welcoming new clients as well.

Gretchen Herring
Gretchen Herring, Licensed Master Aesthetician, is a PA Mountain Girl living in Northern Virginia with her husband and son.
Gretchen holds over 1600 hours and 3 diplomas from The Esthetic Institute in Virginia (a CIDESCO partner school), encompassing Esthetics, Master Esthetics, and Laser Certification. Upon graduating in 2012, she dove into laser services (including hair and tattoo removal, along with skin rejuvenation).
In addition to being a Skin Therapist, Gretchen is also a seasoned Yoga Instructor, who leads certifications across the US. Studying the energetics of the body and soul through Yoga and Energy Work, as well as meticulously diving into the anatomy and histology of the skin, gives her a well versed and broader view of how to treat skin conditions. When you receive a treatment with Gretchen, you’re getting more than surface level skin care. She dives deep, and gets to the root. Her philosophy is to get you to your most Primal state. The YOU that is trying to shine through all the stress and rigors of daily life. She believes that is where your magic and beauty lies.
In her spare time, Gretchen loves to enjoy her family and friends. Cooking, music, and travel are medicine that she will surely try to impart on you. Life is meant to be lived, and you should live it to the fullest! Just remember your sunscreen.

Lisa Bishop
Lisa is a former licensed early childhood special education teacher and holds a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education. She spent a career guiding and advocating for her students and their families. Lisa is excited about growing in her position at Forever Young. She hopes to bring the same enthusiasm and attention in supporting Gretchen and her clients that she brought to teaching.
Outside of work, Lisa spends time with her family. She loves animals and has a dog and 4 cats. She exercises regularly and has an interest in health & wellness. Lisa also enjoys being creative- she makes floral wreaths, candles, and presses flowers.

Kristin Becka
Kristin is VA Licensed Cosmetologist and specializes in Lash Extensions and Brows. She was born and raised in Lake Ridge and Manassas. She went to VCU for a year and a half and studied business. While she enjoyed her time there, she knew she was meant to be more creative. Following in her mother’s footsteps to become a cosmetologist, Kristin graduated with 1600 hours at The Paul Mitchell School. While hair was her passion when she started at Paul Mitchell, she soon discovered her love for makeup and lashes. She enjoys continuing education in lashes and brows by going to the classes run by the companies of the products she uses, which she has certifications for.
Kristin is an animal lover, with 1 cat and 1 dog at home. She loves hanging out with her family and friends. A goal of hers is to travel around the world. Although she loved running her own business for 2 years, she’s excited to start her new journey here at Forever Young.
