CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment please inform us at least 24 hours in advance by calling our office. Please leave our staff a message or voicemail if we are not able to respond at the time of your call. By contacting us to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we can provide care for another client during that time. If you do not appear for an appointment and have not contacted us to cancel within the appropriate allotment of time, you will receive a $50 No-Show fee. This fee is expected to be paid prior to or at the time that you schedule your next appointment.

 

Please call if you are anticipating running late so we can advise if you should reschedule. If you are running 15 minutes or more late we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate appointments after you.

We certainly understand circumstances change and appointments need to be cancelled or adjusted. We only ask for consideration and a phone call.
